The staff are always helpful and I really like that fact that they have power bars at the work station so I can plug in my laptop. It is usually pretty quiet as well.
The staff are always pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. They offer kids programs including reading, puppets and legos which our 8 year old really enjoys. The hours are great too - they are open on Tuesdays and Thursdays until 8pm! Love it.
