Beautiful. Went there in spring... will be back in summer. Seems great! Beautiful red sand. Change rooms. Didn't see any bathrooms though. Nice boardwalk!
Huge sandbar when the tide is out leaves lots of hermit crabs and starfish to enjoy. Nice sandy beach with no crowds has been my experience. This is in the eastern end of the park, don't tell anybody!
Great for kids and adults. Lots of little sealife for the kids to explore. Clean and beautiful.

Im from Toronto and visit NS every few years. Ive had memories of this beach reaching back to when I was a young child, and Im glad the beach has remained the same ever since. Never any trash, always covered in shells and never any people here. A beautiful hidden gem.
