I received nothing but great customer service during every visit to this store. The staff were very helpful at answering all our DIY questions as well.
Service could be better- often difficult to find staff that are informed or free to assist you.

We have visited this store numerous times and enjoyed the friendly service they provide. We needed to replace our hot water heater and the staff spent at least 30 mins with us explaining what to purchase, how to best install it, what to expect, organized delivery, etc. The cashiers are always polite as well. Great service!
